Had a lovely experience with Sarah at Dulverton Lodge pet spa. I struggled to find a groomer that accepts cats then I found this one online. Having never taken my cat to a groomer before I did not know what to expect but Sarah was amazing from the get go, excellent communication, expert service and amazing with my cat. I have been boarding my cats with Sarah for a couple of years and always found her to be so lovely, and the facilities super clean and pleasing to the eye. I have recently started taking my cockapoo there for his regular groom after trying a number of places and not being overly happy. I have to say he comes out with the best clip he’s ever had, and Sarah is so caring and spends way over the time she has to with him just to make sure he’s comfortable and not stressed.

My long haired cat hates being groomed and gets knotted quite frequently.  Have been to several groomers where they have only been able to half finish grooming (and cat comes home very grumpy) - until I went to Sarah.  She gave her the most beautiful lion cut, perfectly finished and when I came to collect Missy she was purring with delight. I was also able to start brushing her again! We bought our chocolate colour point Persian to Sarah to get him trimmed up and his nails clipped and after a bad experience somewhere else, Prince was very unsure but Sarah was fantastic. He was a bit nervy but Sarah was so kind and calm towards him that he relaxed almost immediately. An hour and a half later, he is super fluffy and he definitely knows how handsome he looks.

We love bringing our cat Daisy here! The service is absolutely fantastic and Sarah is absolutely wonderful with her. Daisy comes back from having a groom like a brand new cat!
